6. Payment Terms

Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 2% per month

We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts
The Client agrees to pay all costs associated with collection of outstanding balances, if applicable.

All materials supplied by the Company remain our property until paid in full.
Material pricing may fluctuate based on market conditions and availability.
The Company reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or greater quality where necessary.
8. Site Access and Conditions
The Client is responsible for:

Ensuring the work area is prepared and accessible

Obtaining any required permits or approvals unless otherwise agreed
Delays or additional costs resulting from site conditions, restricted access, or downtime may be billed accordingly.
9. Health and Safety
Safety is a priority. Van Dam Industries Inc. reserves the right to:

All work is performed in accordance with applicable occupational health and safety regulations.
10. Limitation of Liability
